En este Despacho con una base de CUARENTA Y OCHO MILLONES TRESCIENTOS TREINTA MIL COLONES (¢48.330.000), soportando hipoteca de primer y segundo grado a favor del Banco de Costa Rica, según citas en su orden: 2011-00188282-01-0006-001 y 2011-00188282-02-0006-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Alajuela, matrícula número 368854-000, la cual es terreno de pasto, potrero y parte cultivado de piña. Situada en el DISTRITO seis Pital, CANTÓN diez SAN CARLOS, de la provincia de ALAJUELA, COLINDA: al NORTE: Servidumbre de paso; al SUR: Jorge Luis Molina Esquivel y Luis Alberto Vargas Ulate; al ESTE: Río Toro Amarillo y Luis Alberto Vargas Ulate; al OESTE: Genova Dos mil S.A. y Jorge Luis Molina Esquivel, MIDE: Ciento treinta y seis mil noventa y dos metros con catorce decímetros cuadrados. Para tal efecto, se señalan las OCHO HORAS DEL CINCO DE OCTUBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTISÉIS (08:00 horas del 05 de octubre de 2026).
