Situada en el DISTRITO 4-SAN RAFAEL, CANTÓN 15-MONTES DE OCA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 489 METROS 50 CENTIMETROS; al SUR RIO TORRES; al ESTE DOLORES DIAZ y al OESTE RIO TORRES. MIDE: SESENTA Y CINCO MIL DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y TRES METROS CON TREINTA Y DOS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS.
