Situada en el DISTRITO 4-RÍO JIMÉNEZ, CANTÓN 6-GUÁCIMO, de la provincia de 7-LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE JULIO CESAR LOPEZ RIVERA; al SUR CALLE PÚBLICA; al ESTE JULIO CESAR LOPEZ RIVERA y al OESTE JULIO CESAR LOPEZ RIVERA. MIDE: CIENTO NOVENTA Y SEIS METROS CON VEINTE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las siete horas treinta minutos del veinticinco de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
