Situada en el DISTRITO 03-DANIEL FLORES, CANTÓN 19-PÉREZ ZELEDÓN, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE ROSA RODRÍGUEZ CHANTO; al SUR ROONY CASCANTE; al ESTE QUEBRADA LA CHAQUETA y al OESTE CALLE PÚBLICA LASTREADA CON 10 METROS 98 CENTÍMETROS. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS DIECISIETE METROS CON CINCUENTA Y CUATRO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, según plano catastrado número SJ-0356989-1979.
