COLINDA: al NORTE CON MANRIQUE RAMÍREZ QUIRÓS; al SUR CON SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO EN MEDIO DE JUAN JOSÉ ARAYA ROBLES; al ESTE CON LOTE CUATRO SEGREGADO AQUI y al OESTE CON RESTO RESERVADO DE LA FINCA MADRE. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del dieciocho de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
