En este Despacho, con una base de ¢14.749.507,27, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate el vehículo PLACA: TJP168, marca OMODA, ESTILO C 5, CHASIS LVVDB21B5SD006370, COLOR NEGRO, AÑO 2025.. Para tal efecto se señalan las 10:00 del 13-10-2026. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las 10:00 del 21-10-2026 con la base de ¢11.062.130,45 (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las 10:00 del 29-10-2026 con la base de ¢3.687.376,82 (25% de la base original).
