En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTITRÉS MIL SETECIENTOS VEINTICUATRO DÓLARES CON SESENTA Y OCHO CENTAVOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate el vehículo placa PMM076, Marca NISSAN, estilo KICKS, categoría AUTOMÓVIL, capacidad 5 PERSONAS, color GRIS, combustible GASOLINA. Para tal efecto se señalan las once horas cero minutos del veintidós de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las once horas cero minutos del treinta de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de DIECISIETE MIL SETECIENTOS NOVENTA Y TRES DÓLARES CON CINCUENTA Y UN CENTAVOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las once horas cero minutos del ocho de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de CINCO MIL NOVECIENTOS TREINTA Y UN DÓLARES CON DIECISIETE CENTAVOS (25% de la base original).
