En este Despacho, Con una base de TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CINCO MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes prendarios, pero soportando COLISIÓN bajo la SUMARIA 10-001507-0373-TC DEL JUZGADO CONTRAVENCIONAL Y DE MENOR CUANTÍA DE SANTO DOMINGO DE HEREDIA y COLISIÓN bajo la SUMARIA 11-000173-0174-TR DEL JUZGADO DE TRANSITO SEGUNDO CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DE SAN JOSE (GOICOECHEA; sáquese a remate el vehículo placa 481370, HYUNDAI ACCENT SL, CAPACIDAD 5 PERSONAS, AÑO 1995, COLOR MORADO, SEDAN 4 PUERTAS, 4X2. Para tal efecto se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del treinta de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
