Situada en el DISTRITO 2-ZARAGOZA, CANTÓN 7-PALMARES, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE JESUS MARIA RODRIGUEZ CRUZ; al SUR WAGNER GERARDO CARAZO FERNANDEZ; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 11 METROS CON 40 CENTIMETROS LINEALES DE FRENTE y al OESTE GERARDO VARGAS QUESADA Y BENEDICTO GERARDO VARGAS QUESADA. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS DIECISIETE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del cinco de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
