Situada en el DISTRITO ZARAGOZA, CANTÓN PALMARES, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE INDIAS S.A.; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE JOSE ISAI ALPIZAR ROJAS y al OESTE JUAN GUILLERMO VALVERDE ROJAS. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS DOS METROS CON CINCUENTA DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del doce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
