Situada en el DISTRITO ZARAGOZA, CANTÓN PALMARES, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE MARCO ANTONIO ARIAS RODRIGUEZ Y SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO; al SUR LOVABLE BRASSIERE COMPAÑY S.A.; al ESTE GADGET BURGERS S.A. y al OESTE ESTEBAN GERARDO RODRIGUEZ RAMIREZ.
