Situada en el DISTRITO 10-VOLIO, CANTÓN 2-SAN RAMON, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE EDGAR NUÑEZ CARTIN; al SUR ISRAEL CAMBRONERO RODRÍGUEZ; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE 19 METROS y al OESTE ROSALIA CARTIN MORA. MIDE: SEISCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y DOS METROS CON CINCUENTA Y TRES DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas cero minutos del diecinueve de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
