Situada en el DISTRITO 2-VOLCAN, CANTÓN 3-BUENOS AIRES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-31; al SUR LOTE-33; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE NIDIA RAMIREZ BEIRUTE. MIDE: trescientos METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del diecisiete de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
