COLINDA: al NORTE GERARDO SEQUEIRO; al SUR CARRETERA INTERAMERICANA Y MARLENE BEITA ROBLES; al ESTE MARIA IRENE BEITA Y MARLENE BEITA ROBLES y al OESTE MARLENE BEITA ROBLES Y SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO EN MEDIO DE MANUEL ROBLES. MIDE: seis mil ochocientos setenta y cinco METROS con noventa y seis decímetros CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del dieciocho de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
