COLINDA: al NORTE DEMETRIO VARGAS MATA; al SUR XINIA NUÑEZ BADILLA; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 19 METROS 61 CENTIMETROS y al OESTE COSME DAMINA BADILLA BARRANTES. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS VEINTICINCO METROS CON CUARENTA DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del veintisiete de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
