Situada en el DISTRITO 02 VOLCAN, CANTÓN BUENOS AIRES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE OLGER GRANADOS MARTÍNEZ; al SUR WALTER MORALES GRANADOS; al ESTE WALTER MORALES GRANADOS y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS METROS CON CERO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, según plano catastrado número P-1703267-2013. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del veintiuno de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
