Situada en el DISTRITO 2-VOLCÁN, CANTÓN 3-BUENOS AIRES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE JOSE PASTOR GRANADOS SALDAÑA Y JUAN GRANADOS MORA; al SUR BLANCA ROSA CESPEDES; al ESTE JOSE ADELICIO GRANADOS y al OESTE JOSE PASTOR. MIDE: QUINCE MIL CUATROCIENTOS SETENTA Y CINCO METROS CUADRADOS, según plano catastrado número P-0024083-1974. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del dieciséis de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
