Situada en el DISTRITO UNO, CANTÓN UNO, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE con CHARLES PAUL SAVAIKA; al SUR con AVENIDA 13 CON UN FRENTE DE 14 M 52 CM; al ESTE con FABIO IBARRA VILLAGRA y al OESTE con CALLE NOVENA CON 34 M 61 CM. MIDE: QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y SEIS METROS CON TREINTA Y NUEVE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las OCHO HORAS DEL MIÉRCOLES SEIS DE ENERO DE DOS MIL VEINTISIETE.
