Situada en el DISTRITO 4-ULLOA, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE DUCTO Y FINCA FILIAL B-707-B; al SUR DUCTOS Y FINCA FILIAL B-706; al ESTE DUCTO Y ÁREA COMÚN DE PARED y al OESTE PARED ESTRUCTURAL, DUCTO Y PASILLO.
