Situada en el DISTRITO 4-ULLOA, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR FONDOS DE INVERSION DE DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO MUTUAL IV; al ESTE FONDOS DE INVERSION DE DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO MUTUAL IV y al OESTE FONDOS DE INVERSION DE DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO MUTUAL IV.
