En este Despacho, Con una base de TREINTA Y CUATRO MILLONES DOSCIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Heredia, matrícula número ciento noventa y tres mil setecientos cincuenta y cuatro, derecho 000, la cual es terreno LOTE OCHO-TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR. Situada en el DISTRITO 4-ULLOA, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE SIETE; al SUR LOTE NUEVE; al ESTE INMOBILIARIA HERMAD S.A. y al OESTE INMOBILIARIA HERMAD S.A.. MIDE: CIENTO SETENTA Y UN METROS CON SETENTA Y CINCO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del doce de abril de dos mil veintisiete. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las catorce horas cero minutos del veinte de abril de dos mil veintisiete con la base de VEINTICINCO MILLONES SEISCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del veintiocho de abril de dos mil veintisiete con la base de OCHO MILLONES QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (25% de la base original).
