Situada en el DISTRITO 4-ULLOA, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-83; al SUR LOTE-81; al ESTE CALLE CON 6,00 METROS y al OESTE REAL DE SANTAMARIA SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA. MIDE: CIENTO OCHO METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del veintiocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
