Situada en el DISTRITO 1-TRES RIOS, CANTÓN 3-LA UNION, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE FINCA FILIAL SEIS; al SUR FINCA FILIAL OCHO; al ESTE VACIO y al OESTE AREA COMUN DESTINADA A PASILLO Y ESCALERAS AMBOS EN PARTE. MIDE: CIENTO CUATRO METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del dos de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
