En este despacho, con una base de cinco millones doscientos noventa y seis mil seiscientos setenta y seis colones con cuarenta y ocho céntimos, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 389-00674-01-0922-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de CARTAGO, matrícula número 134297-001, la cual es LOTE-3 TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR. Situada en el DISTRITO 1-TRES RIOS, CANTÓN 3-LA UNION, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-2 DE ROGER CESPEDES ALPIZAR; al SUR LOTE-4 DE ROGER CESPEDES ALPIZAR; al ESTE LICEO QUIROS SASSO y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE METROS CON SETENTA Y UN DECIMETROS METROS CUADRADOS, correspondiendo el derecho subastado a un sexto de la finca así descrita. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
