Situada en el DISTRITO 8-TIERRA BLANCA, CANTÓN 1-CARTAGO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE DIEGO BRENES FERNANDEZ; al SUR AGUSTIN LEITON RIVERA Y ANGELA FERNANDEZ GARITA; al ESTE MARTIN GOMEZ VIQUEZ y al OESTE RIO REVENTADO. MIDE: SIETE MIL METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del siete de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
