En este Despacho, con una base de SETENTA Y UN MILLONES CIENTO SESENTA Y SEIS MIL SEISCIENTOS SESENTA Y SEIS COLONES CON SESENTA Y SEIS CÉNTIMOS (¢71.166.666,66), libre de gravámenes y anotaciones sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Alajuela, matrícula Folio Real número 428046 derechos 001 y 002, la cual es terreno para la agricultura, Situada en el DISTRITO seis de Pital del, CANTÓN diez SAN CARLOS, de la provincia de ALAJUELA, COLINDA: al NORESTE: Yurro en medio de Melvin Lizano; al NOROESTE: Ana María Rojas Rojas; al ESTE: Norman Salazar Vargas; al OESTE: Norman Salazar Vargas; Mide: Setenta mil ciento cuarenta y seis metros con sesenta y siete decímetros cuadrados, según plano catastro numero A-1005274-2005. Para tal efecto se señalan las NUEVE HORAS DEL DOS DE NOVIEMBRE DEL DOS MIL VEINTISÉIS (09:00 horas del 02 de Noviembre del 2026).
