Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SANTIAGO, CANTÓN 5-SAN RAFAEL, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE ISMAEL ESPINOZA VALERIO; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA CON 11M DE FRENTE; al ESTE RAFAEL SOLIS ZELEDON y al OESTE ISMAEL ESPINOZA VALERIO. MIDE: CIENTO CINCUENTA Y UN METROS CON UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del dos de febrero de dos mil veintisiete.
