Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SANTIAGO, CANTÓN 5-SAN RAFAEL, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE RIGOBERTO CHACHON SANCHEZ; al SUR JOSE ANGEL VILLALOBOS; al ESTE YURRO EN MEDIO ANDRES BENAVIDES y al OESTE SERVIDUMBRE CON FTE DE 06,91. MIDE: CIENTO OCHENTA Y SEIS METROS CON CINCUENTA Y CUATRO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. PLANO: H-0019536-1991. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del doce de abril de dos mil veintisiete.
