Situada en el DISTRITO 4-SANTA ROSA, CANTÓN 8-TILARAN, de la provincia de GUANACASTE. COLINDA: al NORTE: LOTE F 28; SUR: LOTE F 26; ESTE: ZANJA EN MEDIO Y OTRO; OESTE: NOROESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 9M. MIDE: CIENTO SETENTA Y UN METROS CON CINCO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. PLANO: G-0813792-1989. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas y treinta minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
