Situada en el DISTRITO 5-SANTA LUCIA, CANTÓN 2-BARVA, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 2; al SUR JUEGOS INFANTILES; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE EDWIN ZUMBADO RAMIREZ. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del dieciocho de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
