En este Despacho, Con una base de UN MILLÓN TRESCIENTOS NOVENTA Y SEIS MIL QUINIENTOS SESENTA Y UN COLONES CON NOVENTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 308-13158-01-0901-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de CARTAGO, matrícula número 179467000 la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR.- Situada en el DISTRITO 4-SANTA CRUZ, CANTÓN 5-TURRIALBA, de la provincia de CARTAGO.- COLINDA: al NORTE REINALDO PEREIRA BRENES; al SUR ARNULFO ABARCA VALVERDE; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA.- MIDE: MIL TRESCIENTOS SESENTA METROS CON SEIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
