Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SANTA BARBARA, CANTÓN 4SANTA BARBARA, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 10M 29CM; al SUR COPINSA LTDA; al ESTE COPINSA LTDA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 20MTS. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS NUEVE METROS CON CINCUENTA Y SIETE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS.
