Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SANTA ANA, CANTÓN 9-SANTA ANA, de la provincia de SAN JOSE. COLINDA: al NORTE FINCA FILIAL DOCE; al SUR FINCA FILIAL CATORCE; al ESTE AREA COMÚN y al OESTE AREA COMUN. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA METROS CON CERO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del seis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
