Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN VICENTE, CANTÓN 14-MORAVIA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-46 DESTINADO A CALLE; al SUR JORGE E GUTIERREZ; al ESTE JUAN BAUTISTA MUÑOZ MORA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS METROS CON CINCUENTA DECIMETROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas diez minutos del siete de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
