En este despacho, con una base de CUARENTA MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 380-13300-01-0927-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de San José, matrícula número 375385, derecho 003 y 004, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR CON UNA CASA.- Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN VICENTE, CANTÓN 14-MORAVIA, de la provincia de San José.- COLINDA: al NORTE MARCADO NO.15; al SUR MARCADO NO.13; al ESTE JOSE MANUEL MONTENEGRO y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA.- MIDE: CIENTO VEINTICINCO METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS.
