Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN VICENTE, CANTÓN 14-MORAVIA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE RAFAEL ANGEL ARCE CORDOBA; al SUR CALLE CON 10M 23CM; al ESTE ANA ROSA SOTO MONTERO y al OESTE RAFAEL ANGEL ARCE CORDOBA. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON SEIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas cero minutos del veintinueve de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
