Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN VICENTE, CANTÓN 14-MORAVIA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR JUAN RAMIRO JIMENEZ; al ESTE GRETTEL JIMENEZ y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: CUATRO MIL QUINIENTOS VEINTE METROS CON TREINTA Y UN DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del veintidós de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
