Situada en el DISTRITO 01 SAN VICENTE, CANTÓN 14 MORAVIA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 21M 19CM; al SUR RAFAEL SEGURA; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 20M 78CM y al OESTE MARGARITA LUKACS. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON VEINTISIETE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas cincuenta minutos del diecinueve de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
