Situada en el DISTRITO SAN SEBASTIÁN, CANTÓN SAN JOSÉ, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE AGUSTIN CÉSPEDES; al SUR JUAN VALVERDE; al ESTE CALLE PÚBLICA A SAN SEBASTIÁN y al OESTE ELIECER UREÑA. MIDE: CIENTO TREINTA Y SIETE METROS CON CUARENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del doce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
