Situada en el DISTRITO 4- SAN ROQUE, CANTÓN 2- BARVA, de la provincia de HEREDIA.- COLINDA: al NORTE TULIO ARRIETA VIQUEZ; al SUR TULIO ARRIETA VIQUEZ; al ESTE VIRGITA ARRIETA VIQUEZ y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE7 MTS. MIDE: CIENTO CUARENTA Y SIETE METROS CON VEINTIDÓS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas quince minutos del veintiséis de abril de dos mil veintisiete.
