Situada en el DISTRITO 7-SAN RAMON, CANTÓN 3-LA UNIÓN, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR EDGARDO MONTOYA; al ESTE EDGARDO MONTOYA Y OTRO y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS TRES METROS CON OCHENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del tres de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
