Situada en el DISTRITO 01 San Rafael, CANTÓN 07 Oreamuno, de la provincia de Cartago. COLINDA: al NORTE Calle Publica con 12 metros 90 CM; al SUR JLRS S.A.; al ESTE JLRS S.A. y al OESTE JLRS S.A.. MIDE: ciento setenta metros METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del doce de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
