Situada en el DISTRITO 8-SAN RAFAEL, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE: ANA MARIA CARVAJAL AVILA SUR: RAYMOND CARVAJAL MENA ESTE: CALLE PUBLICA OESTE: ANA MARIA CARVAJAL AVILA MIDE: DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE METROS CON NOVENTA Y DOS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del nueve de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
