En este Despacho, Con una base de CIENTO DOCE MIL NOVECIENTOS VEINTIOCHO DÓLARES CON CINCUENTA Y OCHO CENTAVOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSE, matrícula número 1-186069-000, derecho cero cero cero, la cual es terreno DE POTRERO.- Situada en el DISTRITO SAN RAFAEL ARRIBA, CANTÓN DESAMPARADOS, de la provincia de SAN JOSE.- COLINDA: al NORTE ADELAIDA WOTHSON MENA; al SUR JUAN ELIAS HERRERA ROMERO; al ESTE MARIA TERESA CHACON MORA y al OESTE CARRETERA C/31 M 52 CM.- MIDE: SEIS MIL SETECIENTOS SESENTA Y SEIS METROS CON CUARENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del cinco de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
