En este Despacho, con una base de CUARENTA Y SIETE MILLONES TRESCIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSE, matrícula número 28741-F, derecho 000, la cual es terreno EDIFICIO SEIS FINCA FILIAL SEIS - UNO UBICADA EN EL PRIMER NIVEL DESTINADA A USO HABITACIONAL EN PROCESO DE CONSTRUCCION.- Situada en el DISTRITO SAN RAFAEL, CANTÓN ESCAZU, de la provincia de SAN JOSE.- COLINDA: al NORESTE FINCA FILIA SEIS - DOS Y AREA COMUN; al NOROESTE FINCA FILIA SEIS - TRES Y AREA COMUN; al SURESTE AREA COMUN y al SUROESTE AREA COMUN.- MIDE: SETENTA Y NUEVE METROS CON SIETE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS.
