Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN RAFAEL, CANTÓN 7-OREAMUNO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTES 8 Y 11-C; al SUR LOTES 1-2-3-C; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 7.00 METROS y al OESTE LOTE 7-C. MIDE: CIENTO CUARENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON OCHENTA Y SIETE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: C-0865077-2003. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del diez de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
