Situada en el DISTRITO 01 SAN RAFAEL, CANTÓN 07 OREAMUNO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE: INVU; al SUR TERRENO DESTINADO A CALLE; al ESTE LOTE-9 y al OESTE LOTE-11. MIDE: CIENTO CINCUENTA Y TRES METROS CON OCHENTA Y SIETE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del veintidós de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
