Situada en el DISTRITO 4-SAN RAFAEL, CANTÓN 15-MONTES DE OCA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE: SECCION A DESTINADO A ZONA VERDE, SUR: ZOILA SIBAJA, ESTE: ZOILA SIBAJA y al OESTE: LOTE-33 SECCION CH DESTINADA A CALLE. MIDE: MIL NOVECIENTOS DIEZ METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del doce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
