En este Despacho, Con una base de CUARENTA Y DOS MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS SESENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Heredia, matrícula número 254774, derecho 000, la cual es terreno TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA.- Situada en el DISTRITO SAN PEDRO, CANTÓN BARVA, de la provincia de .- COLINDA: al NORTE ALLAN GONZALEZ MURILLO; al SUR ALLAN GONZALEZ MURILLO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 10 METROS y al OESTE BRENES FONSECA S.A.- MIDE: trescientos ochenta y uno METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del cinco de julio de dos mil veintisiete.
