Situada en el DISTRITO 5-SAN PEDRO, CANTÓN 19-PÉREZ ZELEDÓN, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE CARLOS GAMBOA NAVARRO; al SUR JOSE ARTURO GAMBOA NAVARRO; al ESTE QUEBRADA TAMBOR y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: SEIS MIL NOVECIENTOS CINCUENTA METROS CON SETENTA Y CINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, según plano catastrado número SJ-0949094-2004. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del dieciséis de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
